She's very knowledgeable and has such a calming presence. The atmosphere is very relaxing with mood lights & relaxing music and I loved the little details such as the fresh cucumber water. Her studio was far from where I was staying but her reviews convinced me it would be worth it—and it very much was. I am very glad I did not prioritize convenience over the actual experience. Serenella is very knowledgeable and attentive, she is discrete and polite. I suffer from sciatica and my back pain and leg were particularly inflamed: after her deep tissue massage the pain was nearly all gone.
